2. Command Reference

NORJI understands natural language. Below are the 20 most popular commands to get you started. Replace anything in square brackets with your own details.

You don't need to memorise exact wording. NORJI understands natural language, so phrase commands however feels natural to you.

3. Troubleshooting

NORJI not responding

NORJI runs in the cloud — if the bot is not responding, wait a moment and try again. If the issue persists, contact support@norji.co.uk.

Getting wrong or unexpected responses

Try being more specific with your commands. For example, instead of "invoice", say "Invoice Acme Ltd for 8 hours at 75 per hour".

Can't connect Telegram bot

Verify your bot token is correct by messaging @BotFather on Telegram and checking your existing bots. Copy the token again and paste it into NORJI settings.

Bot not responding?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support@norji.co.uk

4. Billing

Change your plan

Visit the NORJI billing portal and select a new plan. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

Update your payment card

Go to the billing portal and navigate to Payment methods to add or update your card details.

Cancel your subscription

Open the billing portal and select Cancel subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
