Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the marketing site and the product interfaces. We are not claiming full conformance today. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work, not a one-off audit.
What is in place
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and ordered heading levels.
- Keyboard navigation across all links, buttons and form controls. No keyboard traps.
- Text contrast checked against the AA 4.5:1 threshold for body copy on our navy and cream palette.
- Form fields carry visible labels and programmatic associations.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology. Meaningful images carry alternative text.
- The site reflows to a single column at 320px width without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion is limited to short transitions. Nothing flashes or autoplays.
Known gaps
- Some monospace label text sits at 10px to 11px. It is supplementary rather than load-bearing, but it is smaller than we would like.
- Product screenshots in the in-action pages describe the workflow in surrounding copy rather than in full alternative text.
- We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit. We intend to commission one.
- Telegram and WhatsApp are third-party clients. Their accessibility is set by Telegram and Meta, not by us. Where you have a choice, both offer text-first interfaces that work well with screen readers.

If something on this site or in the product blocks you, email samuel@norji.co.uk. Tell us the page, the device and the assistive technology you were using. We will acknowledge within two working days and give you a plain answer on whether and when it will be fixed.

Enforcement
NORĴI Ltd is a private company, not a public sector body, so the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to us. We hold ourselves to the same standard voluntarily. Our duties under the Equality Act 2010 stand regardless.
